We want you to feel confident when trying our products. If you do not experience any results, you may qualify for our Money Back Guarantee, provided that all conditions below are met.

Eligibility Requirements

To activate the Money Back Guarantee, you must:

  1. Use the products consistently for a minimum of 5 months.
    Results vary from person to person, and proper use over time is required before the guarantee can be applied. use twice daily. 

  2. Submit required photos within 10 days of receiving your order.
    You must send us three close-up photos of your hair from each side and from the top, no later than 10 days after receiving the product.

    • All three photos must clearly show your hair close up. 

    • The minoxidil bottle must be visible in each photo.

    • Each photo must include a visible date showing when it was taken.

After 5 Months of Use

If, after using the product for at least 5 months, you see no improvement, you must provide:

  • New after-photos taken in the same style/angle as the original photos.

  • Each photo must again include a visible date.

These photos allow us to verify consistent use of the product and evaluate your results fairly.

Refund Process

Once we have received and reviewed your before- and after-photos, and confirmed that all conditions have been met, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
