Shipping policy

All orders placed before 19:00 on a business day will be delivered to your home or workplace by PostNord or Dao within 3–4 business days. Ordering for more than 100€? Then we ship your order for free.  All prices on our website include VAT.

No packages are delivered on public holidays by PostNord or Dao. Your package will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delayed delivery
If you place your order before 19:00 on a weekday, it will be delivered within 3-4 days. If your package is unexpectedly delayed, we will do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before the daily cutoff time are dispatched on the same business day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the delivery method you choose. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount.

Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
